Some Info on Georgetown, TX Pools

Most of the swimming pools we maintain in Georgetown on our weekly pool service routes are inground pools. With inground pool there are several special features that many of our customers enjoy that are especially unique to inground pools. Features such as self-cleaning jets, which are located on the floor of your pool and spray a jet of water in all directions getting rid of dirt or sand that might have piled up nearby. Another feature is called a beach entry. With a beach entry you can walk down a slight slope all the way into the pool, compared to the normal steps down. These features make inground pools a unique way for Georgetown homeowners to enjoy their pool.

Texas Pool Types

Maintaining pool routes in Georgetown, TX we mostly see gunite pools, but we also maintain fiberglass pools for some customers.

Fiberglass are a unique construction and have several advantages over other pool types. However, there are a couple of problem areas that Georgetown homeowners will need to keep an eye out for during the life of your fiberglass pool. Sometimes fiberglass pools can crack and begin to leak out water. Other times if the filler around the pool is sand you can experience bulging in the liner of the pool. But these problems are easily avoided with proper installation and regular professional maintenance.
